How are you addressing COVID-19?

We take the health and safety of our guests very seriously, and are taking extra precautions during this global health crisis. We always have gloves and follow Arizona Food Handler's guidelines, and during this time we are also wearing masks when we prepare our food boards. Our equipment will be sanitized thoroughly in between uses. We will greet you at your picnic and keep a safe distance!

What is your cancellation policy?

Because we request our picnickers to book at least one week in advance, we know that even in the valley of the sun the weather can take a turn. We strongly encourage you to consider the weather when booking your picnic (and we will keep an eye on it, too!) but in the event that you have to cancel or change your reservation, we require a 72-hour cancellation notice in order to receive a full refund of your deposit.

Do you allow children?

Of course! Picnics are practically made for families. Our artisan boards are typically not kid-friendly, so we recommend a Little Ones Charcuterie Board as an add-on option! Please include children 2 and older in your guest count and let us know if you are bringing kiddos under 2. We only provide pillow seating so please bring any amenities you need to keep your children comfortable. When considering whether or not to bring your littles, keep in mind that if any equipment is damaged during your picnic, your card will be charged for repairs and/or replacements.

What about pets?

We love dogs as much as we love people... maybe more. You are absolutely welcome to bring your furry friends along to enjoy your picnic (probably not the food, though) as long as they are welcome at your chosen park. Just let us know in the comments when you request your quote so that we have a heads up! A similar caution to bringing kids: you are responsible for any equipment that may get damaged!
